By accessing or using LoneStarWheelRepairs.com (the "Site") or any services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lone Star Wheel Repairs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Site following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Lone Star Wheel Repairs operates an online lead generation and referral platform that connects vehicle owners in Texas who require wheel and rim repair services with independent, third-party wheel repair businesses ("Partner Shops").

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
Vehicle owners are not required to create an account to submit a service request. However, by submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by Partner Shops via the phone number and/or email address you provide.
Partner Shops wishing to receive leads must register for a business account and agree to a separate Shop Subscriber Agreement in addition to these Terms.
5.1 Free Service
Submission of wheel repair requests through the Site is provided at no cost to vehicle owners.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your service request, including but not limited to: your name, contact information, vehicle year, make, model, ZIP code, city, description of damage, and photographs of the damage.
5.3 Photo Submissions
By uploading photographs to the Site, you grant Lone Star Wheel Repairs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share those photographs with Partner Shops for the sole purpose of facilitating a repair quote. Photos will not be used for marketing without your separate consent.
5.4 Contact Consent
By submitting a service request, you expressly consent to be contacted by up to five (5) Partner Shops via phone call, text message, and/or email regarding your repair request. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
5.5 No Obligation
Submission of a request does not obligate you to accept any quote or engage any Partner Shop. You are free to decline any or all quotes received.
5.6 One Request Per Incident
Submitting multiple requests for the same damage incident is prohibited and may result in your request being disqualified without notice.
6.1 Subscription Requirement
Partner Shops must maintain an active subscription to receive leads through the platform. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the Shop Subscriber Agreement.
6.2 Response Commitment
Partner Shops agree to make a good-faith effort to contact vehicle owners within sixty (60) minutes of receiving a lead during normal business hours.
6.3 Accurate Representation
Partner Shops agree not to misrepresent their services, pricing, qualifications, certifications, or geographic service area.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct by Shops
Partner Shops may not: resell or redistribute leads; contact vehicle owners for purposes unrelated to the submitted repair request; use lead data to build marketing lists; or engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing conduct toward vehicle owners.
6.5 Lead Quality Disputes
If a Partner Shop believes a lead is fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid, they may submit a dispute within 48 hours of receipt per the process described in the Shop Subscriber Agreement.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lone Star Wheel Repairs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from the Company.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We collect name, contact information, vehicle details, ZIP code, and photos solely to facilitate the referral service.
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Lone Star Wheel Repairs does not warrant that: the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; any Partner Shop will respond within any particular time frame; any repair quote will be accurate or competitive; or Partner Shops are licensed, insured, or qualified.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lone Star Wheel Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to: loss of data or profits; damage to your vehicle by a Partner Shop; personal injury arising from a repair service; or unauthorized access to your personal information.
In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lone Star Wheel Repairs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
The Site may integrate with or reference third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, form submission services, and map/location providers. Lone Star Wheel Repairs is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Lone Star Wheel Repairs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or Services at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site with the effective date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
15.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@lonestarwheelrepairs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
15.4 Waiver of Class Action
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims as a class, collective, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and (for Partner Shops) the Shop Subscriber Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lone Star Wheel Repairs with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
